My name is James Eddie I am an American born Floridian who attended school in Washington DC and graduated from George Washington University where I earned my Masters Degree in Health Administration.I have over 20 years of experience in the Mental Health profession. I realized as a child that I was gifted to help people and I have devoted my entire adult life to being a trained and compassionate professional, dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Through supportive dialogue, evidence-based techniques, and personalized treatment plans, I assist clients in understanding their thoughts and feelings, managing stress, overcoming trauma, and developing healthier coping strategies. Many of my strategies, techniques, recommendations , and beliefs are rooted in biblical principles and faith  because I am a devout Christian, but I will treat, assist and work with anyone who is seeking or in need of help. It is my goal to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their inner world, foster self-awareness, and work towards mental wellness.
